Founded in 2024 by Grant Stuffins and Daniel Bailey, HEMA began with the acquisition of a £9 million turnover building services company based in Staffordshire. That was just the beginning.
Our vision is to expand our portfolio and build a family of thriving, independently run M&E businesses – companies that continue to deliver exceptional service, nurture strong client relationships, and care deeply for their teams.
